BrightBrands.ph carries various goods, such as but not limited to, the following: nail polish for kids, lunchbox containers and lunch bags, food & sandwich cutters, bento food picks, water bottles, books, activity sets, and other various and essential items. BrightBrands.ph provides product information and reviews, such as on the nature, quality and quantity of the product, but does not warrant that the information and reviews are accurate, complete, reliable, and free of errors. Materials are provided for product information purposes only and it shall not give rise to any commitment or obligation by us, nor shall it constitute any part of an offer or contract.

We assure that every possible effort is made to display accuracy and detailing of all colors to all products that appear on BrightBrands.ph. However, as screen calibrations may vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

The prices reflected on this website represent the full retail price, inclusive of tax and other applicable charges, subject to change without prior notice. Product prices and delivery charges may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. Should there be any price discrepancies, we will contact you and ask for your confirmation on whether to proceed with the order at the amended price or to cancel your order.

Order and Acceptance

All orders are subject to processing and availability. Before placing an order, you must first be registered with BrightBrands.ph. To order, you must follow the instructions carefully and review the details of your prospective order before submission. After which, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your order. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. You may no longer change or modify your order once the confirmation email is sent to you. If you wish to change your purchase, you may contact us at sales@brightbrands.ph for assistance. This contract will only be limited to those orders we have confirmed in the acknowledgement email.

Payment Methods

Payment for all Products must be made using any payment methods available onsite upon “checkout” within the Site.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 04:00 PM during Fridays, weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. BrightBrands.ph will deliver the products to the address you provide at the time of order. You may check your order status with the tracking number provided to you. Your orders will be prepared for shipping once it has been processed and confirmed by our system. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details once the products have been shipped or handed over to our partner courier. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted and confirmed by us. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability of the product. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only and BrightBrands.ph will not be liable for any delays in delivery.

We will be deemed to have delivered the product/s to you when we deliver them to the address you gave us when placing the order or signing up on our Site.

BrightBrands.ph operates only in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country will not be processed. The delivery address must be located within key cities in the Philippines. We may not be able to deliver to certain locations that have restricted access or considered as out-of-delivery zone. Additional charges may apply on areas considered as out-of-delivery zone.

The delivery of your purchased Product/s will take place between Monday to Friday within normal business hours (except weekends and public holidays).

Expected delivery of orders shipped are as follows:

  • Metro Manila 3 - 5 working days
  • Luzon 5 - 7 working days
  • Visayas 5 - 7 working days
  • Mindanao 5 - 7 working days
  • Out-of-Delivery Zone (ODZ) additional 5 - 7 working days
  • Peak Season (Oct-Jan) additional 1 - 2 working days
