For hygienic reasons, all personal care brands such as Snails, S’N’B, Vicina, Jack N’ Jill Toothpaste and Toothbrushes are not allowed for exchange or return. Sealed items that have been unsealed by the customer, such as personal care products cannot be returned as well.
Items can be exchanged within 10 calendar days after the delivery of the items. A store credit or gift voucher will be provided if a certain item is sold out.
Purchase of sale items are considered as final. Returns of such items will not be processed.
Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We advice the use of dependable couriers who provide tracking services & other details.
All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be returned to the customer. We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled. If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for a full refund or replace with a different stock of the same item, or exchanged for store credit
