What is BrightBrands.ph?

We are dedicated to distributing the finest and highest quality products that truly reflect our shared passions and values for good design, and appreciation of well-made things.

Do I need to register to be able to purchase from BrightBrands.ph?

Not necessarily. BrightBrands.ph has a guest check-out feature which allows customers to buy from the site without requiring customer sign-up.

How do I search for a product?

You may type in the name, brand, price or type of product you are looking for at the Search tab found in the upper-right hand corner of the page. If you are not familiar with the details of the product you are looking for, the products are organized in the following categories: Bright Kids, Bright Moms, Bright Home, Bright Tech and Brands to make navigation easier.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Metro Manila

  • Standard Delivery - base shipping fee of Php 100.00 (via GogoXpress / J&T / LBC)
  • Pick-up at BrightBrands office (c/o customer)
  • Same Day Delivery (via Grab / Lalamove / etc.) payment c/o customer

Province

  • A base shipping fee of Php 200.00 (via GogoXpress / J&T / LBC) 

** For Pick up and Same day deliveries, kindly wait for "readyfor pick-up" confirmation via email and/or viber by our sales representative before booking

** For Standard Deliveries (Metro Manila or Provincial area), shipping fee may vary depending on the actual measurement and/or weight given by the courier. Additional fees will be charged accordingly based on courier charges prior to shipment. Any additional fees will be coordinated via email/viber.

 

Can I refund/return my item?

We accept returns and/or exchanges for defective, incomplete, or damaged items.

If your item falls under the conditions above, please contact our Customer Service via email at sales@brightbrands.ph.

Items for exchange can be processed within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the items. A store credit or gift voucher will be provided if a certain item is sold out.

Purchase of sale items are considered as final. Returns of such items will not be processed.

Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We advice the use of dependable couriers who provide tracking services & other details.

All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be returned to the customer. We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled. If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for a full refund or replace with a different stock of the same item, or exchanged for store credit

If the return is approved, the customer will receive a voucher equivalent to the returned item's amount via email, which may be redeemed in their next purchase. For more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

How do I use my promo code and store credits?

If you have promo codes and/or store credits, you may use it upon check-out of your product.

When do you process orders?

Orders are processed daily until 5PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5PM, on weekends and during holidays are processed on the next business day.

When will my credit card be charged?

BrightBrands.ph will only charge your credit card once the order has been processed and are prepared for shipping. BrightBrands.ph will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed.

Where can I find detailed information about the product?

The Products page contains detailed specifications of the product.

Can I also register for an account at BrightBrands.ph?

Yes. You may register via the “Sign-up” button on the upper-right corner of the page. You may also register by clicking here. You will have better access to your current order details and our newsletters. Plus, you’ll be the first to know if we will have exclusive items on sale!

What are the brands on BrightBrands.ph?

How do I reset my password?

Login to My Account, and click on the Change Password link. Follow the instructions provided to reset or change your account password.

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

An out-of-stock tag will immediately appear if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. If the item you selected after ordering becomes out of stock, the item has already been reserved for you.

When should I expect to receive my package?

Orders are sealed and delivered within 2-5 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 4-7 business days for areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery of your items will be coursed through our nominated partner couriers.

How do I receive my Order Voucher/Invoice for the purchased product?

You will receive your Order Voucher / Invoice when you have completed the payment of your orders. Click here for your payment options. Your Order Voucher / Invoice will include the Order Number which you can use to track your product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an order number via e-mail to check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in the Order History tab in My Account if you registered one. You will also be provided with a courier tracking number you can use to track the order with the courier.

How do I change my account information?

Upon logging into your account, you may update or edit your account info by clicking on the My profile link.

Can I change my email address in my account?

Yes, you may change your email address. You may do this via My Account > My Profile.

How do I know if there a new product on BrightBrands.ph?

All new items will be tagged as new upon going live at BrightBrands.ph and we will send a newsletter to our subscribers announcing new arrivals.

Can I make changes to an open order?

Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact BrightBrands.ph at sales@brightbrands.ph. Click here to view our Return/Refund Policy.

What are your shipping restrictions?

BrightBrands.ph operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed; provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes. BrightBrands.ph has a gift provision. Upon check-out, customers may input a different recipient for the item he/she will purchase except for Cash on Delivery transactions. The full order Invoice will be sent to the customer who paid for the item but a gift Invoice will be sent to the recipient of the item. The recipient may use the gift Invoice if he/she wants to return/exchange the item.
