How To Order
To shop, you can browse by brand, by category or search for the specific item or brand using the SEARCH field found at the top of the page.
If you see an item that interests you, click on the image to view more photos and product details.
To order, click “Add To Cart” to include a product in your list of purchases. You may even indicate the quantity of product, which is located just above the “Add To Cart” button. A pop-up window will appear: click "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout".
To Check Out, complete the form that requests your shipping and billing details. If you are logged in using a registered account, these fields will auto-populate. If you are using a Guest Account, just fill in the necessary details. Do a quick review again of your purchase summary and shipping cost, select your Payment Method, AGREE to our Terms of Service and proceed to Check Out.
You will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt and confirmation of your oder. We will send you a confirmation email for you to verify your orders. You may no longer change or modify your order once confirmation email has been sent to you. Follow the outlined steps to complete your payment.
If you wish to change your purchase/s, you may access the Return Button from Order History once your product has been delivered.
BrightBrands.ph accepts the following forms of payment:
- Bank Deposit / Transfer via BPI or BDO
- PayPal or Credit Card Payments
All Credit Card transactions are processed using PayPal. No information is stored in our servers. This assures that your credit card details remain secure. For now, we only accept Philippine-issued credit cards
We will deliver an acknowledgment email to confirm your orders before processing.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed daily until 3:00 P.M. from Mondays to Fridays. All orders placed after 3:00 P.M., during weekends, and national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For processing, there is a 10:00PM payment cut-off time for orders to be shipped the following day. Note that there are no shipping schedules on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, BrightBrands.ph will verify the order and check for stock availability. Afterwhich, you will be provided with an order tracking number, to be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the sales order number provided. After receiving payment for the order, your orders will be prepared for shipping. Once it has been fully processed and the package has been shipped out of our warehouse, tracking details will be sent to the customer via email. Tracking details can also be found by logging into your account. Customers are responsible for coordinating and following up of delivery status with the resepctive couriers. If the order fails to reach the customer due to incomplete/incorrect address on the order or because of lack of coordination with the courier etc. and is forwarded back to our warehouse, customer shoulders ALL relevant retrieval/reshipment fees.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
- Metro Manila: 2-5 Business Days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
- Provincial: 4-7 Business Days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
We aim to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, courier may release package to any authorized receipient upon presenting the following:
- Valid ID of authorized recipient
- Valid ID of customer who placed the order
- Signed authorized letter
- For delivery addresses in locations such as Villages, Office Buildings and Residential Condominiums, kindly coordinate with the guards on duty/front desk regarding the delivery of your orders.
BrightBrands.ph operates only in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country will not be accommodated. Orders are sealed and delivered within 10 days from placement of order, except in cases of force majeure and fortuitous events. You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched, and en route to the address recorded in your BrightBrands.ph customer account.
- FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE for all orders above P5,000.00!*
- A fixed shipping fee of P100.00 will be charged for orders within Metro Manila and below P5,000.00
- A fixed shipping fee of P250.00 will be charged for orders outside Metro Manila and below P5,000.00
- Note: If an order is found to have an incorrectly entered Province i.e. a provincial address but had Metro Manila entered or vice versa, then the order will be put on hold and we will require the customer to pay the correct shipping amount. If the proper payment is not received after 5 days, then the order will be canceled and a voucher will be issued.
Shipping During MECQ/GCQ
- Free shipping is disabled until further notice.
- For Metro Manila orders, shipping has been disabled for the time being. You will be the one to BOOK & PAY for your own Grab/Lalamove pick-up. Please coordinate with us!
- For provincial orders, base shipping fee is Php250.00. There may be additional charges depending on the weight of the product/s.
All Sale Items sold are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different item/s unless proven to be defective incorrectly
Returns and Exchange Policy
All sales are considered final and non-returnable unless otherwise damaged or proven to be defective when delivered. You have 48 hours once your order has been delivered to contact Brightbrands.Ph in case the item is not working or damaged. It is advisable to open your order and check all items as soon as you receive it.
In the event that a defective, incomplete, or damaged item was delivered, you may contact our Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title: “RETURN” inclusive of photos or videos of the item in it’s original packaging. Refunds for the purchase will be in the form of store credits to be added to your BrightBrands.ph customer account.
- Sealed items that have been unsealed or opened by the customer, such as personal care products cannot be returned
- For hygienic reasons, all toothbrushes, food items and accessories are not allowed for exchange or return unless proven to be defective within the period specified above.
- Defective or damaged items must be shipped to BrightBrands.ph Warehouse within 15 days upon receipt of the items
- Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- Purchase of sale or discounted items are considered final. Returns of such items will not be processed.
- In case of changes in size or color, customer will shoulder the freight charge to and from our warehouse.
- Customer is responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. This includes cost of shipping the item to the BrightBrands.ph Warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secure to avoid further damage. We advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.
- All returns are subject to investigation and quality assessment. Items that do not pass our quality check will be returned to the customer.
- If the return of a damaged item is approved, the customer will receive a voucher or a refund via store credits net of shipping costs, applicable bank charges and processing fees. Voucher details / refund computation shall be sent to customer via email. In the event that a voucher is issued, this may be redeemed on the next purchase. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. In the event that an order was not delivered or in case of a refund, this can only be credited either via PayPal (for credit card payments) or via bank deposit to either a Banco de Oro Universal Bank (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account.
Cancellation of order prior to shipment for any reason will be subject to a refund/voucher net of applicable bank charges and processing fees. Voucher details / refund computation shall be sent to customer via email. In the event that a voucher is issued, this may be redeemed on the next purchase. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. In the event of a refund, this can only be credited either via PayPal (for credit card payments) or via bank deposit to either a Banco de Oro Universal Bank (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account.You may return items free of charge, provided that all terms and conditions under the Return and Exchange Policy are met.
BrightBrands.ph will process your request within 12 business days. Once request is deemed valid, BrightBrands.ph will send a Return Confirmation e-mail. Securely pack your merchandise and return to courier on scheduled date of pick-up/delivery.
Change of Confirmed Items and/or Confirmed Shipping Address After Payment But Prior to Shipping
Once the customer has completed the check out process and the payment has been successfully made, the order is considered final. The order will be fulfilled as indicated and will be delivered to the entered Shipping Address. Any request to change any of the items and/or the Delivery Address after the order is completed and paid is not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
Once the order is placed and processed, the order is transmitted to the warehouse department. As such, we CANNOT guarantee that any request to change details via E-mail, Instagram or Facebook can be accommodated, given the internal protocols in place.
